It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Tesla or any automotive brand, and it is not an official product or preview of any real vehicle. Desktop browser only — phones and tablets are not supported yet.
So what is it?
A free flying car game you play in a desktop browser. You fly a fictional white rocket car called the CGT Monster through a fictional factory, dodge satirical obstacles and push a made-up stock index up.
Is the car real?
No. The car, the company, the factory and every skin in the game are fictional. Any resemblance is coincidental and part of the parody.
Who made it?

Can I play on my phone?
Not yet. It is desktop only for now.
